My wife and attended the event on 08/10/2012 at Sleep Train Pavilion, Concord Ca... The inappropriate treatment of your event employees can not be defended nor should any one attempt to do so. I’m 68 years old, Vietnam permanent and total disabled veteran, fighting cancer and many other war related injuries. On the mentioned day, there were many handicapped patrons waiting in extreme hot temperature for entrance to event. I noticed and elderly man with broken back leaning on his cane and attempting to shade himself from the torturing sun. I witnessed another man pass out from heat exhaustion. I witnessed another man and woman begging event employees to let them inside gate because they to were about to pass out in the heat. I noticed and heard a man with heart problems beg for entrance just to sit right inside of locked gate. There were seats unoccupied that could have easily accommodated the ill. The employees were beyond apathy for the sick and handicapped.
There were many elderly patrons with physical conditions that had to rely on rollers for their bags. It was not easy for them to carry the weight. Your employees made them pour their belonging in garbage bags and insisted they carry them into event. This is a crime against humanity. It’s evil, wicked, and diabolical, to treat any human or animal with so much HATE and disrespect. Many patrons spoke of not supporting events at this facility in future.
