I do not recommend this tax preparer service company to anybody. The is a local Houston, Tx small business. Major communication problem and does not stand behind its work. Unorganized workers and office facility. Client data is improperly filed/stored which can and has resulted in lost of important tax documents. High work volume during tax season and not enought people to handle the workload. Therefore, causing major delays in receiving services within a reasonable about of time. Average call response time ranges from 2 - 5 days, which in some cases, too long. Not good business
