One is the lowest star they could received, but they do not deserve that. This company is horrible. The father left it to his children and they have ruined his poor name and hard work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are very quick to take your automatic payment, but they will not provide the services. On 3/9/17 our trash was out at 7:30 a.m. The trash was never picked up. I contacted them on 3/10/17 and they told me the driver was by our house at 12:30 and the trash was not out. I was accused of lying to them. I then gave them the address to check on pickup on the same route and I was told the pickup was at 12:15. However, they were physically seen by the resident picking up the trash at 3:15. There were excuses made for that. On a minimum of 10 occasions we have not had our trash picked up. When they were training new drivers and they forget, the owner used to come. However he should be ashamed of what his children have done to his business. 6 years we were with them. Never missed an automatic payment, was promised credits when they missed the pickups and nothing. We will be discontinuing service as well as the majority of individuals on our route. It is slowly falling apart for them. There are also individuals who worked for them who never received a paycheck. This company is terrible. Do not do business with them.
