Look at the pictures above and see how clean my computer is after paying $75 for them to do nothing yesterday 5/22/12! I am disabled with a traumatic brain injury and have been a satisfied customer at PC Ave. Yesterday though after I brought my computer to them I did not realize it until after I got it back home that all that was wrong with it was that I had kicked my monitor's plug lose from the power cord underneath my desk. I tried to get Robert to plug it in real quick while I was there and he said that they were not going to be able to get to it this minute so I left it with them and though they could not get to it right away while I was there they wait till I left to get to it right away because I received a call less than thirty minutes later telling me that they had it done and was some dust keeping it from coming on and they were going to blow it out and clean it and run a virus scan which he was doing then and that it should be done by the time I got there. When PC Ave plugged my monitor in and it came on, that is when they should have stopped and called me and told me that the computer did does on would you like for us to proceed? They had my cell ph number and where able to call me when they were done? Robert said that there was some dirt somewhere that kept it from coming on so they cleaned it up and ran a virus check and all they do when a customer brings a computer in.
