I paid extra to have items shipped in time for a party, not all items sent and extra shipping cost was a waste of my money. I ordered 3 items for trampoline and paid extra $50 to have them shipped UPS 3 day so they would arrive on time for a party. One item was not sent. After asking them to make up for this mistake, and after repeated questioning to multiple persons, I was offered to have the cost of the item refunded and they would be shipped. However, I still will not have the items I need, in time, which is the ONLY reason I paid the extra $50. I spoke initially with MaryAnne and then Anna. First I was told that the $50 could not be refunded because that was paid to UPS, as stated by the above two people. During that first phone call, MaryAnne told me I could not get anything refunded and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she told me her supervisor would tell me the same thing! Anna did, in fact, begin by telling me I could have no type of refund, but then she did state she would refund the $9.49 for the screws and send them to me. At this point, I was still unsatisfied about having paid that extra money for shipping and not getting the guaranteed results. So, upon a second phone call, speaking to Michael, and again Anna, I was told that because the screws didn't factor in to the weight of the actual package, that the $50 was not paid for the shipping of the screws. I am still out the $50 that was paid extra for timely delivery of the ENTIRE order. VERY unsatisfied
