Should have never done business with you. Wont call me back... for over two years I have called and left messages EVERY time something goes wrong. No return call. The extended warranty you sold me ($500.00) is supposed to cover parts and service for 10 years but was only registered as a parts contract. 8 months after you installed everything the squirrel cage on the blower motor (which you installed) came off and another company had to come out and resecure it on a sunday to the tune of $267.00 dollars. Called again today... no return call.
