Owl Taxi was established in Bend, Or. in 1940, by Leroy Fasset. Which makes us in business for 72 years. It was also the local ambulance, hearse and tow company. In 1979, it was sold to Rufus & Bonnie Biggs. Who both moved to Bend in the 1920's. Rufus started as a driver in 1954.
