Don't waste your time with this company. Sean Oliver explained that he would complete the install and take care of permits for my spray booth in 2020. He said despite the pandemic, it should take about a year to complete, "no problem". It's been almost three years now and he has completely ghosted me. We ordered a new booth and were not told that a used fan would be installed. It wasn't until I pulled off the filter covers that I noticed a dirty old exhaust fan placed where a new one should've been. Sean's response was, "We have to wait for a new fan to be delivered and placed this fan there in the meantime. I know that if I never said anything or if the unit didn't keep blowing breaker, I would've never heard about the new fan. An honest business man would've mentioned that to me in the first place. It's utter disrespect and absolutely disgusting that a businessman would treat his clients that way. The lack of action and multiple excuses from him have now caused me a hardship with my company. I have filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board and will update my review with the outcome. Again, do NOT waste your time or you'll end up with a unit from a company who can care less about one client when they're all over the nation making government contracts their priority.
