First off i am grateful for this service, and I rarely complain.However, this time I had to.
I waited on the phone three days in a row for one to two hours at a time. When I did get through on a Friday at 6:00 pm,very late to fax needed info to them but I did.. Even tho I was
assured I had enough time. I still did not get the ferry voucher I was told I would get. Now I have
to pay out of pocket. If I had the money I
wouldnt need paratransit!! Not to mention the gas card rarely works at my local stations. It is always very stressful and overly time consuming. Bad business!
