D L Miner Construction Luxury Custom Homes • Renovations • Condominiums • Commercial A premier builder of prestigious seaside homes D. L. Miner Construction is one of the most respected builders on the southern New Jersey shore. We have completed over 300 custom luxury homes, renovations and commercial projects along the southern New Jersey shore. Our name is synonymous with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to every detail and a timely project. Owners Don Miner and Brian Stuart are committed to their principles of integrity, ingenuity and client trust. We collaborate with extremely talented architects, keep the details in focus along the way, and communicate frequently with the entire team in order to ensure that our clients’ vision is achieved. After meeting with Don and Brian, our clients receive a very comprehensive quote book which details all items included in the bid, as well as a realistic schedule and honest pricing. We work with only top quality suppliers and subcontractors, who are also focused on providing our clients with personalized service. Our staff of master craftsmen are capable of creating one-of-a-kind architectural elements, upscale lighting ensembles, as well as other custom appointments clients may envision for their home. We are also committed to ongoing research and application of new and innovative technology, as well as green building applications. To ensure quality and timeliness, each of our construction projects has multi-level management. Our professional team includes a superintendent onsite to monitor the day-to-day process. Don and Brian are personally involved in every project to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, a project manager oversees the project timeline and budget. This teamwork streamlines the process and overcomes any obstacles. Our goal is to provide our clients with a custom-built, luxury home that incorporates their style and uniqueness, and exceeds their expectations. We are truly committed to our clients’ satisfaction, and feel privileged to have developed enduring relationships over the past 30 years with some very extraordinary people. We hope you will be one of them.
