HORRIBLE service. I used to go there and the service and food was good. I hadn't been there in a while, and this time the service was disgraceful. No acknowlegement when I came in the door, empty tables were filthy, and I noticed 3 tables of people that came in after me and my party, were being served before us, when I got up to leave, i was being told my food was being made, and that they were busy. If I saw that the 3 tables b4 me were still waiting and had not been served b4 me, it would have been ok, but there is no excuse for not attending to our table and not having our food started before the other 3 were served. The female owner has had a bad attitude for a long time, I have other friends and co-workers that will not go there any more because of the same attutude reason. I also have a friend that goes there and has no problem with the attitude with the owner, however she has seen first hand how the owner (Venecia) will treat people with bad attitudes and poor service. It is like she picks and chooses who she will be nice to and who she will not be nice to. That is not the way to run a business, she needs a lesson in customer service! Go there if you want! You've been warned! It will be at your own risk!!
