The people working in the sales office were friendly and gave me a date for an estimate quickly. Tom, the sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. He carefully viewed the branches to be cut and inspected my other plantings. He spotted some insects on some of my trees and shrubs and suggested a maintenance plan for next year which was not overly entailed or expensive. He wasn't completely sure of a fungus on one of my trees, but the next day he came back and left a note concerning his findings. I didn't wait long for a service date. The crew arrived right on time. Tom reviewed with them what needed to be done. They did a great job and a wonderful clean up. I would definitely recommend Downes Tree Service to anyone who asks.
