This company will Bill you MORE money than what is on the invoice, and they blame it on a 3 percent CC fee.... a fee which they NEVER disclosed to me at any time, not even verbally when they hand delivered the written invoice to me at my property. The new girl also never told me about the 179 dollar delivery fee until AFTER they had already taken my CC number for the first delivery. To make this worse, Jennifer at their office had the audacity to blame ME! I have copies of their invoices and receipts for the charges they put through to prove that the totals do not add up! They continued trying to charge multiple different amounts to my card throughout the day, none of which were the amount shown on my invoice, which is also illegal. My bank ended up locking my card because of all the failed attempts. All they had to do when I called was apologize and charge me the correct amount; but nope, the first girl I spoke with literally HUNG UP on me, the 2nd lady, Jennifer, is the one who tried to put the blame off on me! Then they tried to charge my CC for two SEPARATE transactions, which included two SEPARATE receipts, but they tried to bill them both TOGETHER. Now this at face value may not seem like a big deal, HOWEVER, as I also process CC for my customers, I know that this is illegal. A company can NOT legally combine receipts to charge a single payment for multiple transactions, it is illegal, and they could literally lose their right to process CC through their Merchant Provider for doing such... you would expect a professional Company like Fox Hauling & Conveying to be aware of this, but apparently they just do things however they want over there. For anyone questioning the legitimacy of my claim of them billing me a single charge for two separate transactions, I have the line item charges saved on my CC statement where it shows they did this. I am tempted to present this to their CC Merchant. Their 3 percent fee is listed FAR over to the right of their invoices in literal FINE PRINT, but is apparently NOT included in the Line Item TOTAL. Me personally, when I see the word TOTAL on an invoice or receipt, not sub-total, but TOTAL, I assume that is the TOTAL and correct price AFTER any and all adjustments are made and added to the TOTAL bill amount. They listed the line item prices for the Tax separately from the product purchased, so why would anyone not assume that the 3 percent fee that it too would either be listed in the line item description also, or included in the TOTAL price due? It doesn't appear Fox Hauling sees it that way, and they feel they can add on fees and percentages AFTER listing the TOTAL Bill amount due, and even combine multiple transactions into single payments... then get mad at the customer if they should dare bring any of this to their attention. The employees there, are in my opinion, rude; they have absolutely no sense of accountability, and charged me more money than what is shown in the TOTAL line item on the invoice when they finally did bill me, when all I wanted was a SINCERE apology and for the charge amount to be made right... I guess that was too much for them. If you don't want to experience this for yourself, I highly recommend going to another Hauling company. Now this evening Jennifer starts stalking me on FaceBook & sending me Friend requests, and now she keeps calling my phone several times this evening from a blocked number, I know this because I have call trace, and she is therefore harassing me. At this point I may just seek a restraining order & get my attorney involved to file a lawsuit.
