My name is Billy long and I'm a flooring installer, wood, tile,laminate, vinyl... Hard surfaces. I don't sand any more and i don't lay carpet but from tome to timd i need a sander. So i found tom white jr online. He said he worked for elegant floor design and had been sanding for a long time, being around flooring a long time i could see he knew what he was doing, i even met his wife which seemed like a nice lady. With that being said. Tom took half down after being 3 days behind on schedule already and roughed the job and never came back. I've called and texted and i understand if something happened but he just took the money and said he couldn't come back for a week and never came. I got another guy to finish and had to pay full price. Tom wouldn't even discuss a fair price to pay back. It's been a couple months and he could pay back or at least answer the phone .
