Beware; we met, secured pricing had scheduled refinishing. We even called a few days ahead to make sure we were on schedule. We were informed that they were backed up and it would be a few more days before they could start the work. Ok, that happens. A week later; no show, no call. We followed up and were told it would be a few more days and they would call us back in a few hours with a specific date. Note, each time we had to rearrange the other trades. Well, they never called back. We had to follow up with them and when pressed for a specific date we were told that our 600 sq ft job had to wait for a large job that MIGHT BE SCHEDULED. The other customer had yet to decide if she also wanted the staircase to be refinished and they were going to put us off again. Our 600 sq foot job was not big enough. Of course, we went to another company.
