I called because I had extra parts for my client to machine and the operator instantly hung up the phone after I introduced myself. I called again thinking that the line got disconnected, and a very disrespectful man yelled through phone confirming that he, in fact, did hang up the phone, yet again not allowing me to explain the reason behind my call. I am disgusted by the amount of attitude and disrespect received, he probably assumed it was a sales call. Next time they should at least allow someone to formally introduce themselves and allow them to explain the reason behind the phone call rather than yelling or instantly hanging up.
