I called because I had extra parts for my client to machine and the operator instantly hung up the phone after I introduced myself. I called again thinking that the line got disconnected, and a very disrespectful man yelled through phone confirming that he, in fact, did hang up the phone, yet again not allowing me to explain the reason behind my call.
