today i purchased a "co1 studio condenser microphone" at the company Sam ash on 139 East Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia PA 19406.I came home that same day excited to hook up my new microphone and begin working on my graduation project due next week.To my surprise the microphone was unresponsive!I am 100% positive that this inconvenience is not because of my interface and (NOT) because i forgot to turn on my phantom power switch.Returning the product would be no issue if i lived close to the company "Sam ash" but unfortunately i don't!I live a hour away in Reading and i don't have the gas or time to drive back and forth on my busy scheduled. thanks a lot for the broken microphone that i paid for,the wasted gas i lost,and the possibly not being able to graduate with my senior high school class! This is all cause your company is only good for making dysfunctional products!I will be sure to spread the word!
