just now On 11/1 my husband was driving our brand new vehicle on 222S. When a red truck labeled Berks Transfer began dropping alot of debris, causing a quarter sized dent in my hood along with missing paint. I contacted them and got a very rude lady named Missy who was verbally abusive. Then spoke to Joan who is the office manager. Then Jeff who was no help at all. Only to then speak with Chris the human resources lady who stated that their insurance does not cover damage from debris from road. Which would be fine had IT NOT CAME FLYING OFF THEIR TRUCK! We will see about that! This seems to be a trend with them and I will be reporting them to the BBB and seeing who I need to contact state wise to prevent this from happening to anyone else. YOUR DRIVER HAD AN UNSECURED LOAD that caused damage to my vehicle. YOU ARE LAIBLE
