Tim Bayliff is Schuylkill County's worst Slumlord. He literally will take your money upfront, refuse to do required repairs on leaking sinks, ceilings, mold in home, etc. He lied about previous rat and roach infestations. Once you move in and discover these issues on your moving day, he will threaten to keep your 1st months rent, and security deposit, and threaten to sue for the full lease term if you don't continue to rent his moldy house. I spent hundrends on rodent deterrents within the 1st few weeks of moving in. He refused to reimburse these expenses, and he refused to contact Ehrlich. Months down the road, Tim, in quotes, had stated: "I have a truth bomb for you... that house was battling rats and roaches for years!!" His rental house was disgusting when I moved in. My family and I spent many days and countless hours scrubbing and trying to get rid of the roaches in his house, not to mention the rat dropping everywhere; in every room, including all kitchen drawers and cabinets. Tim had old rotten furniture in the home, which I had to move outside on my own.. and he refused to dispose of for 4-5 months. I scrubbed the house at the end of my lease, and it was in FAR BETTER condition then when I moved in. Tim refused to return my security deposit, with no damage to the home stating "I don't ever return security deposits, and you are no exception." Steer clear. This man is a crook, and the worst Slumlord this world has ever seen.
