Jeff accepted a job, we found out later he was not qualified to complete.
He was telling other contractors he was trying to 'stay under the radar' meaning he did Not want to pull permits on a $200k renovation project. That was not accepted we requested a rebate. He charged us for work he never completed, work we in fact did ourselves and bounced a final $40k rebate check. This guy is a total & Complete BUM. Do Not Use this guy.
