I have bought many products from you,no complaints,l wanted a warm blank for my birthday,and bought your premier comfort reversiable Sherpa comforter king comforter,washed it first time yesterday,and it Berber side caught fire in dryer,on low heat,l only had this wonderful warm confer since March 13-2017 this was the first wash and ,am disappointed,that this happened,l payed good money for this Santa looking comforter,and don't know what to due,it has an awful burn smell,and it's suppose to be reversible,but the damage on the inside is all brown not fluffy white,,at no were on my instructions,did it say be aware it may catch fire,l was at a. New wash house with new washer and dryers,waiting for it to dry with two other comforter that are over sized and smelled,a burning smell,but keep reading,waiting for my dryers to stop,so ,l can fold and go home,as the dryer stopped one by one l removed and,folded,but when ,l went to remove my last one it was my dryer smelling all burnted up and the Berber,side like was all brown and fibers stuck together,please let me know what am suppose to due with this blacket now,it was bought at Macy's department store,which l shop all the time,but nothing like this has ever,happened,to me,a very surprised,and disappointed custermer ,my name is Mrs. Tina Labriel and number is (323) 681-8930 if you can help me or guide me to get a replacement ,it kepted me warm,and l'm a cancer patient,who stays cold all the time,and enjoyed,it for this short while.
