My mother in law paid $10,500.00 to Michael Parlow for the defense of a family member. The agreement was for that if he did not go to jury trial he was to give us back $5000.00. We have a letter stating it and now he is not going by this agreement and only sending us $3,000.00. He plead guilty and was sentence in December without a trial. We have continued to contact him and he refuse to return any calls or try to contact us. We called the bail bonds people and they said that he received the bail in the beginning of January and he has denied this but his office staff stated that they did received it. He talks to you like he is above you and that you are not worth the breath he breaths. While at court, he is too busy worrying about his tie and not what is going on
