We design and manufacture custom transformers ranging from 5VA to 10kVA single phase and up to 50kVA three phase, up to 60,000 volts, 2-400 Hz. We also custom design and manufacture chokes, inductors, ferroresonant transformers and reactors used in AC or DC applications. These products are built in the U.S.A. at our facility located in the Minneapolis, MN area. Badger Magnetics acquired three companies; Mag-Con Engineering, Nicollet Technologies and Sub-Tronics that were located in Minnesota, and combined them into our Lino Lakes facility. Other products include Mag-Con Rotary Speed Sensors, Resistance Sensing Power Relays, Impedance Bonds, Armatures used in heavy duty electric motors and Custom Battery Chargers.
