Luckily, as his friend, I used my considerable skills as an SRPA affiliated appraiser to dispute her poorly done appraisal. Her comps were old, and wrong, she made over 20 factual errors on the old FNMA form, and her unprofessional evaluation was $75K under value from recent sales in the same complex. Her methodology seems to be to come in low, and charge an exorbitant fee for sub-standard evaluations. She is not affiliated with the Appraisal Institute, or any other professional organizations for appraisers. Avoid.
