Greetings,I am studying to get my degree as a Marketing Mgr.in Amarillo's finest college.I chose Panhandle Salvage Store because the Mgrs. looked so professional.Well to my dismay by doing my studies Mr. Hanes str.mgr. Mrs Hampton asst.mgr.and Mr. Sanches asst.mgr. are really not very intrested in their jobs. They actually horseplay around the store where there are no cameras and you can see them hiding around the store using their personnal cell phones. while the customers are waiting for approvals. They do not I repeat DO NOT treat their employees equally.. I have seen it with my own eyes. I usually go into your store to purchase my goods once a week.. As soon as I leave I jot down my experiences that I have seen. If I were president of this company I surely would NOT like to be losing money on these type of so called professional mgrs. I can see that they have their favorite employees and least favorite! I have been in mgrs.positions where everyone is to abide by the rules(i.e. if employees can't use cell phones neither should mgrs.) Thats why we have landlines. The part I like is when the mgrs.throw rubberbands at each other or at the employees! Now what kind of professionalism is this to show your employees.. I'm pretty sure if the employees did it they would get in trouble,well some of them if they are not in their favorite list! Well this is all I have to say,I will surely use my knowledge as soon as I graduate to be as professional as possible to excel in my own store
