SBI is a design/build general contractor specializing in office/warehouse projects. The company self-performs major portions of the work. We work primarily with the building Owner. Through our design/build process, SBI and the Owner work jointly to ensure that the finished product is that which the Owner originally envisioned. Areas of cooperation include the site layout, interior and exterior colors, doors and door finishes, floor finishes, cabinets and counters, and construction practices that reduce utility expenses. Since over 70% of our business is repeat business and referral business, it is imperative that the Customer has a good construction experience and is satisfied with the finished product.
