Terrible craftsmanship. Incredible over billing. Ive been sent over 15 thousand dollars in invoices and my project still isnt correct. Their billing department has tried to charge late fees on invoices I never received.

Employees were slow when they finally showed up. I had to double check every single thing they touched. Very unprofessional. Their management and billing has been a nightmare to deal with. Paid top dollar for bottom tier work.

I couldn't be more pleased. This past winter, we had a horrible sewer smell in the house. The guys found the problem, fixed it over a few trips and a little time including replacing some pipework under the house found necessary as well as correcting vents through the roof. All done over the years on our own. Very, courteous, friendly, trustworthy, considerate and competent. Over the past week, they replaced a shower, the surround, and did finish work that far exceeded my expectations. In addition, a sump pump complete with a back up system in the case of power loss as well as a drain for the washer were installed in the basement. Once again kind, courteous, trustworthy prompt and extremely competent. I cannot say enough. No mess, cleaner than they found it. The only way you can tell they've been here is a beautiful installation in the bath that looks perfect. The trim work is beautiful as well. The basement work is very neat and clean. Would I recommend them? You bet! Cheap? Nope. Reasonable? Yes. Quality work. I could not ask for more. Thank you!
