If you ever read this, you need to know what you've done to our family. You fired my husband after 7 years of blood sweat and tears. You didn't fire him because he was malicious and purposely late, or had an ego and thought he was better than everyone. Thats not who he is. You fired him because he has Sleep Apnea and COPD. You can't even imagine the struggles he has with sleeping. Because of what you have done, us and our 3 babies and animals are probably going to be homeless soon. You didn't just make an example out of him. You made a dumb decision and just destroyed lives. Because of medical bias. My husband doesn't have an ego but you sure as hell do.
