Unfortunately this is the only taxi service in Scranton, PA and when you need a cab you do not have choice but to use them. Some drivers are very unprofessionally dressed and usually the cars are not clean. The worst of all is dispatcher who is rude, quite often does not answer the phone so you have to call back numerous times and he does not present himself as a decent professional/business person. I bet his attitude would change if there is another car service company in the City of Scranton.
