November 15, 2014 This company is terrible! Do not call them for your towing needs. Just to warn you, so this wont happen to you. I had my car towed by Bar N and they dented my front fender in two places on my 92 Lexus LS400. They towed it to a place that I was having it worked on, when they dropped it off they never told the person that they had damaged the car. I called them to ask them if they were going to have their insurance company fix it and they refused. They said they are not responsible for any damages that occurred while towing and it was not there problem. What ever you do stay away from this company, they are not reputable and they do not care.

Do not use the company. The driver smelled like pot & alcohol. He refused to let me quickly grab my tools. I called them, for a tow. I was unable to go to work until I got ride to auto repair shop.

Do not use this company. Orr Nissan sent them to pick up my Sentra and the driver was horrible. He didn't put my car in neutral and when my husband told him the car was unlocked so he could put it in neutral he said it didn't matter because he could pull it through the mud. My husband put the car in neutral anyway bc once the car gets on the truck there is no more mud so he would be just dragging my car for no reason, the driver started pulling my car while my husband was still in it!!! Then when I complained about it he told me, " if you wouldn't have lost your keys I wouldn't be towing you". The thing is, I didn't loose my keys, someone stole them and tried to steal my car. When I called the company to complain the phone was routed to his cell phone. But I didn't know it was him until later in the conversation. I asked who picked up my vehicle and he said, a person that works for this company, I asked for his name, the name he said was the same name as the name he said when he answered the phone. I asked and he confirmed he was the driver. I was like why all the run around. I'll just call back in the morning.
