I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. In my opinion, the two chillers my company purchased from Cooling Technology, Inc. has been the absolute worst purchase of my 20+ engineering career. The chillers have experienced failure after failure since the very beginning. We have been extremely displeased with the lack of service and support received from this company. We were not even able to get a year's usage out of the chillers. One has catastrophically failed, and the other has a serious problem. They have ended up being a money pit and an unreliable hunk of metal.
