HORRIBLE!! Our car was towed here after an accident. There was one nice person who sounded like he was older gentleman when I called about my car. The rest were rude and unprofessional. One JACK HOLE had a very slick mouth on the phone. When I called and asked about the daily charges. They overcharged BIG TIME! Believe every single one of these horrible reviews. They are all accurate! These people suck! They think people are at their mercy and think they can get away with anything. Their goal is to get as much money as possible from you or get you to sign your car over to them so they can make money from it. Before my insurance company even called them, I was told THEY would have to get rid of my car for me. They are a bunch of crooks.
