If I could give no stars, I would. The place is a total joke. After me getting out of the emergency room for my own intense vomiting, I had to hurry to get my cats to a vet for fluids after getting discharged from the emergency pet ER as well for lily poisoning. Assuming the JOKE of a staff even answers the phone (I had to call over 10 times back to back for a response), they won't see you and literally LAUGHED IN MY FACE when I told them I was out of the ER myself and needed help with getting fluids to the cats. We already had the cats with IVs in their legs, we had the IV bags in the car, and all the blood work, lab work, and their file and overnight observations from the pet ER. They insisted the earliest they could see the cats was over 5.5 hours after they were discharged from the pet ER. They refused to answer the phone and when they did, I had to repeatedly ask them to let me finish my sentence, otherwise they would interrupt continually and insist they can't be seen, we weren't even able to show them the papers for the poison control case that was filed. The cats were neutered, in separate carriers, ready to be hooked up and this vet came as a recommendation from the pet ER because the ER said this vet "worked with them". The ladies at the front desk had NO clue what I was talking about and laughed the entire time I was mentioning the situation of how my cats nearly died. Finally, when I gave up and asked them for any recommendations of any other vet that could help, they had no idea. This business CLAIMS it is part of the small business group here in PA yet can't even try to give a recommendation without sneering. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. They are CRUEL and HEARTLESS and have NO SYMPATHY for you or your pet family.
