Worst landlord ever. Two faced man. Our family was the perfect tenants for over 2.5 years and gave proper notice when we were moving out after finding a home to buy. Our relationship immediately went from common communication several times a month to him blatantly ignoring every text, phone call, and voice mail. There was no damage to the townhouse we lived in yet he tried to insist our security deposit would pay to repaint his property for normal wear and tear. I informed him that I know the laws in Pennsylvania and we cannot be held responsible for his cosmetic upkeep when we left the townhouse in excellent condition for the length of time we lived in it. It has been 28 days since we have moved out and he still has yet to respond to my messages and send our security deposit back to us. I wouldn't recommend these townhouses to my worst enemy!!! The walls are paper thin, the paint he uses is as flat as chalk and cannot be cleaned or touched in any way, the entire building was filled with cracks from the home settling so bad from being built so horribly and quickly, there was no insulation in the walls at all, he has careless lawn crew Taking care of the lawns and snow removal (they destroyed my personal property and had the nerve to get mad at me for confronting them when they didn't have the gull to). All around absolutely horrible experience for all of us. Do not trust this man, he will show his true colors once he realizes he won't be making bank on you any longer and he tries to get over on people that don't know any better and would fall for the idea that you should pay for his upkeep and maintenence.
