Not recommending to anybody The owner (Janine Bannett) the worse person to deal with. With my Ecrow she charged us so much and she kept our deposit for one year after the deal was cancelled and she didn't have the physical address from the seller on any papers who does that she made us go through a lot and who needs all the stress to close the escrow with Bannet don't make the mistake that we made lesson learned .
