My father passed July 26, 2020. Although there is a pandemic, after the death of a loved one, anyone would expect a certain level of compassion from a business that deals with death on a daily basis. That is not what I received when speaking to the owner of this business, Heath Wyrosdick. I called the business in mid January to ask where my father's headstone was. After not getting an answer, and many more calls between the funeral home and this business, the guys arrived to put up the headstone. There were 2 graves marked and they poured the concrete on the wrong grave. They had to fix this right away. The marriage date was wrong as well and has not been fixed. This was all done 1/31/2021. I called to notify this business owner of the terrible interaction. He tells me about the pandemic which everyone is well aware of and of the funeral home not doing anything right. I told him it sounds like he's blaming the funeral home versus taking accountability. He became upset and said its not his fault that I don't understand there's a pandemic. His business isn't with me anyway, its with the funeral home. Heath Wyrosdick was extremely rude and condescending in his response and told me that he will bill the funeral home for fixing the marriage date. I called the funeral home and notified them of everything. Noone should have to deal with grief and terrible business practices like this. Reconsider if you plan on using this "family oriented" business.
