We need a new through-the-wall air conditioner for the living room. East Coast Mechanical says that the coils are rusted and are beyond repair and replacement. It is 11,00 to 12,000 BTUs with a heating element and function. Over the years the units have become smaller than the original opening. So a replacement unit may not fit evenly into the current sleeve. So we need a new air conditioner unit and we may need a modification of the space for the sleeve. We were unable to find an appropriate unit while we were in Florida. There are many choices, but the stores are not carrying any models now in the Winter. Can you work on this for us?
