I first met Lou when I needed the struts done on my van. He was able to get me in the very next day and had the work completed in an hour. He and his wife were lovely, friendly people. Lou guarantees his work, and the parts if he supplies them. Just recently I had a knocking sound when going over bumps and called Lou up again for a diagnosis after a local chain quoted me $150 just to diagnose the issue. Lou not only came and picked up my van and took it back to his shop, and returned it to me, he didn't charge for the diagnosis. I will be going back with any further maintenence and/or repairs in the future. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
