This place is the worst nail place I have ever been to. I am on a mission to tell everyone I know and posting signs in our church and anywhere else that I can think of. The personnel in this store are extremely rude. I asked them to give my daughter a very mini mini pedi and mani and she ended up billing me for a full mani. They also took the liberty to paint flowers on her nails and charge me extra for it. I didn't know she was having this done as they did not sit me in a spot to where I could see her. There was another client right between me that blocked my view. After my full set was done, I was upset to see they did something to my daughters nails without my knowledge, but I wanted my eyebrows done, too. but I wanted to know what I was up to in terms of how much I owed so far. When I asked them, they asked me how much money I had, and I said I wasn't sure because i could not get into my wallet being that my nails were wet. She said "I will check". "Wallet in purse?" I said yes, and she rudely opened my purse took my wallet out and started counting the money I had in there. She said, "you have more than enough to get eyebrows done". Then after she took a total of about 3 minutes to wax my eyebrows and lip and did a terrible job, they told me I had to get gel on my nails next. I tried to ask them what that was and she said "you get it". "It make your nails stronger and last longer". "It prevent them from chipping". Two weeks after this whole rude and unexcusable violation
