I WILNEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Placed an order on Nov. 7th & expected it in approx. 10 days. 2 weeks later I was still waiting. Called 2x's and had to leave messages to which I received no response. The 3rd time I called I left a much stronger message indicating I would be contacting my credit card company re: the charge. THAT DEFINITELY got a response from Mr. Rubin who sent an apologetic email & "I'll get your order out and credit your purchase back to your card." Received the merchandise a week later.
Here it is January, thought the credit would be taken care of by now & check my statements & it HAS NOT! Send an email to Mr. Rubin stating, "Mr. Rubin, I did receive the items ordered HOWEVER, I have not seen the credit back to my credit card as you indicated would occur! Please process this credit to my account immediately or I will contact the credit card company with a copy of the email below." Received an email from Mr. Rubin that stated, "Angela,I think that reminding me is sufficient. There's really not much point in being rude and threatening. Do you really think that I'm going to run for the hills with your $20?? Wouldn't it make more sense to say Hey Larry, I think you forgot to credit me? And if that doesn't work then you could send your note. Boy I'd hate to see what you'd do if there was some real $$ involed like say $30."
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LARRY!! I'd share my response and your follow-up but I think this conveys how you conduct business.

HELL NO!!! I placed an order for some mirror and silicon for a project waiting to be completed. He took my money almost two weeks ago but left me no notice about the order. I tried emailing him and left messages on his phone which he apparently fails to look at or listen to daily. I talked to people trying to find some way of resolving the issue. One person jumped in and was able to get a response from him regarding my problem. Larry answered him but still has not come to terms with the fact that I am the person he needs to speak to. He has at this point not answered any emails, or phone messages. No matter what I do, he is avoiding contact. I will never do business with this person again. I urge anyone looking to buy is stuff to look elsewhere. You will NOT be a happy camper.

Boston Clayworks was recommended to me by a local bead store here is AZ. I have gotten great service and quality products from Larry with each order. Any questions have been answered in a proffessional manner and any item that was not available was sent to me promtly when it was once again available.
More companies should care about their customers like this one does.
