Installing girders to the piling, per an engineered plan, the foundation is ready for a builder to start construction, or a dealer to set a modular or manufactured home. After the home is on the foundation it is strapped to the girders and piling to create a solid home foundation. We can then build decks, porches, and steps. The underside of the home can be closed in to create more space for storage, and garage.
