I recommend Mike develop the maturity and professional skills to manage his clientele when they are unhappy with the service and overpricing. I was lectured, yelled at, had my credit card thrown at me and my personal property rights threatened!
It was so bad I spoke with the police and filed a complaint with the BBB.
