I called to inquire on part for my truck and was quoted a price 5 times higher than the Chevy dealer. Let’s see $50 for a used part when the dealer charges $15 for the same part NEW. When I called back to say I had found the part cheaper NEW I was hung up on. Not good business people. Word of mouth travels fast!!! I will make sure it does exactly that. I have heard complaints from others in this valley about your business practices and I actually wonder why you are still in business. OH I know why, you are the only used parts lot around. That doesn’t make it right to treat customers the way I was treated. Good luck with your business, of course you already made your money and it don’t really matter to you, if it did I wouldn’t have been hung up on. I am posting on every site I can find on how you tried to rip me off as well as telling everyone I come across in this valley. You can blow this off if you want to but I WILL NOT forget it.
