Since 2019, I've done kickboxing classes as an adult and couldn't be happier. I'm being challenged, but also shown patience in learning technique. Every trainer has made me feel very comfortable and worthy of their time and attention. The level of training that I'm receiving is outstanding. Thank you!

Rocky's is great. Our 5-year-old has been doing karate w/ Rocky for 2 years. The senseis are amazing. They are very patient and are great with keeping the kids focused while having fun. The older, more experienced students are amazing too, they help and guide the younger ones. It's a great environment all around. Would absolutely recommend Rocky's dojo.

My boys (ages 5 & 7) absolutely love coming to Rocky's Dojo. They are having a lot of fun working with Master Rocky and Sensei Chris, and the higher - level students who come to help out are great, too. It's been good experience for them all-around, and fun to see their excitement when they bring new skills home and practice even on their off days. They especially love coming to the bonus sparring sessions on the weekend!

I love bringing my 6 year old son to his karate lessons. My son enjoys the training he is receiving. He has improved greatly with balancing and core strength. My son has developed new skills and is training consistently to earn his yellow belt. We enjoy the karate tournaments very much; my son's favorite part of the tournaments is the sparring competition.

After training with Rocky for almost 3 years, I have nothing but great things to say. Through boxing at Rocky's, I went on a journey to the best shape of my life. Valuable skills, physical improvement, mental fortitude, and honor are all major tenets of Rocky, his gym and every trainer and instructor that works with you here. I cannot recommend this gym enough.
