I don't know what to say other than I have never had such an unprofessional encounter than what just happened with the owner, Steve. Steve and his crew showed up this morning to cut down our river birch tree and just walked off the job without saying a word. Before work began Steve had mentioned that if he grinded the stump one of our inground sprinkler system heads would be damaged. I told him let me discuss with my wife so I went inside to get her. When we came outside together he left with the crew. When we called him to ask why he left he just said he couldn't work under these conditions. Literally the most bizarre unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. As an aside, Steve's daughter, who also works for the company and took our appointment, was beyond lovely. So sad to see a family owned business be ruined by the behavior of one person.

Great Job! They came out and gave me a fixed price and did the work right away. First class crews did nice work. I told some friends and they were happy too.
