We don't try to do everything -- our goal is to do what we do very well. A lot of our work centers around Real Estate. We represent community and condominium associations in their governance activities and enforcement of CC&Rs. We assist landlords with the development and enforcement of effective leases, including evictions. We handle the purchase/sale of real property, and prepare conveyancing documents for real transactions. We work with business owners in many ways--creating new businesses, documenting new partnerships, buying and selling enterprises, and when useful, dissolving a business. We assist our corporate clients with maintaining proper business records and can assist with employment issues. We are always available as that neutral sounding board. Let us help.
