Dont waste your time. Spend the money and call a reputable HVAC company. I had these guys come out to look at my AC because my indoor temperature was pushing 80° and they charged me almost $400. They claimed they cleaned the coils, flushed the condenser and added refrigerant and said the problem would be solved, but they didn't stick around to make sure that was the case. He said he didn't want to come back in because his feet were muddy, even though I told him it was fine. Mind you, when he asked to see my thermostat and he realized it was a google nest he let out a big sigh as though the technology was too much for him. I should have known then that I could be getting screwed. I made sure to ask if my outdoor unit was big enough for my home, since he was just running off before making sure the problem was solved and his response was "heavens yes". The next day rolled around and my house was still pushing 80°, so I reached out to him thinking he would be helpful and would come back out, since I did spend $400 and all, but he said I can't expect much of a difference with the size of my unit after I specifically asked if it was big enough the day he was here. He acts as though I'm being unreasonable to want my temperature lower than 80°. He was extremely unhelpful but said he would crunch the numbers on a new system and I never heard anything back from him. He didn't care about the customer in my case like a good company would have. It's now been quite a few days since they were here and it's got up to 80° in here every day. It's noon now. The outdoor temp is 84°. I have my air set on 72° and it's already up to 75° in here. It should be a nice hot day at my house again. I'm having a good company come out to actually tell me what's wrong and install a new system if needed. RUN FROM THESE GUYS AND DONT LOOK BACK
