Community Awareness Communities Foundation's mission is to build and sustain strong community awareness to low income families in Urban Neighborhoods. It has been found that through out these communities health education and prevention tactics are essential to the growth of families awareness to certain problematic conditions. The over all focus, is healthier lifestyles and to provide Urban Neighborhoods with a clear understanding of health issues that could impact their area due to lack of knowledge or lack of adequate resources. We, at Communities Foundation will provide just that; A clear understanding of realistic approaches to aid in the prevention and management of certain health and family issues.
