Their web site has parts labeled incorrectly causing me to order a part I didn't need. They then repeatedly refused to acknowledge their error. It was frustrating beyond belief. Finally, after threatening to dispute the credit card charge, they sent me a return label for the unneeded part and I returned it. Unfortunately they never refunded me for the returned part. I am still trying to work with the credit card company to reverse the charge. I found the company staff to be arrogant and dismissive. I found the company president, Jesus, to be totally non-responsive after I was directed to send correspondence to him. Stay away from this company.
