If you are a professional, or dealing with deadlines DO NOT use this company. Upon placing a large order and receiving a verbal guarantee that the order would be in within the week, I scheduled a work order with one of my commercial clients. Much to my dismay they kept delaying my order arrival date, until finally the job had to be pushed off for a whole month. My client was obviously upset, and it made me look terrible. When my order did arrive, they had not included the transitions they had assured me they would order. I then had to inform my client there was going to be an additional materials cost of $600+! When I questioned the people at Designers Choice how this could have happened, a very condescending lady tried to imply it was not their fault- but mine- adding insult to injury. The very least they could have done was apologized! Normally I would advise going with the local mom & pops over the big boxed marts, but I will never give them my business ever again. They don't run a very tight ship, and have no concern for their professional clientele. They never once apologized or tried to make it right. If I am going to be funneling my hard earned money into an establishment, they need to have the same standards of quality and service as my own business, and Designers Choice does not make the cut!
